Steamed Carrot Balls

1. Pork puree.

2. Chives.

3. Shredded radish.

4. Stir-fried egg yolk and cornstarch.

5. The prepared pork mash, shallots, shredded radish, egg yolk, cornstarch are mixed with appropriate amount of salt to form a mashed meat. The mixed shredded radish meat is made into meatballs.

6. The cooked meatballs.

7. Put the prepared shredded radish balls into a steamer and steam them.

8. Serve with chili sauce dipping sauce to eat. If you don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need chili sauce.
