Steamed Carrot Balls

Pork puree.

Chives.

Shredded radish.

Stir-fried egg yolk and cornstarch.

The prepared pork mash, shallots, shredded radish, egg yolk, cornstarch are mixed with appropriate amount of salt to form a mashed meat. The mixed shredded radish meat is made into meatballs.

The cooked meatballs.

Put the prepared shredded radish balls into a steamer and steam them.
8.
Serve with chili sauce dipping sauce to eat. If you don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need chili sauce.
