Steamed Chicken Drumsticks with Pumpkin Chopped Pepper
1.
Wash the chicken and put it in a boiling water pot and blanch it (add a tablespoon of cooking wine to the water to remove the taste) until the chicken has no blood.
2.
Mince ginger, garlic and pepper.
3.
Wash the pumpkin and open a mouth from the top to clean the melon kernels inside. My handicapped party is not beautiful.
4.
Heat up the pot, add an appropriate amount of edible oil and heat until 80% hot.
5.
Add the chicken and stir fry until the chicken is slightly browned.
6.
Add chili, pepper, ginger, and minced garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.
7.
Add a teaspoon of salt and soy sauce chicken bouillon, stir and turn off the heat evenly.
8.
Sweeten the chicken into the pumpkin.
9.
Put the lid on and put it in the electric pressure cooker. The start-up time is 20 minutes.
10.
Pumpkins are especially waxy.
11.
Both delicious and attractive!
12.
I used an electric pressure cooker, so it took 20 minutes. If you are using a steamer, the time should be extended appropriately.
