Steamed Chicken Soup with Cordyceps Flower

Ingredients: 1 fresh chicken (about 1200 grams), 20 grams of Cordyceps flower, 5 red dates, 5 grams of longan meat, 3 grams of wolfberry, 5 grams of Codonopsis, and ginger.

Clean the chicken and remove the chicken skin (the chicken skin is too oily, don’t peel it if you don’t mind)

Clean the chicken to remove the chicken skin and excess fat.

After peeling the chicken with oil, chop large pieces.

Cordyceps Flower Wash

Fill a large bowl with chicken nuggets, wash cordyceps flowers, red dates, and Codonopsis pilosula and put them in.

Then pour 1.5L of purified water into the bowl (for three or four persons)

Pour two large bowls of water into the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the chicken in the water and steam for 20 minutes on high heat (put enough steam in the pot at a time, and try not to add water in the middle).
