Steamed Chinese Cabbage Vermicelli

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, vermicelli, garlic, soy sauce, salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, chives.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 8 equal parts. Soak in clean water for 3 minutes, remove and drain the water.

Put the vermicelli in a deep dish, pour an appropriate amount of cold water, and soak the vermicelli until soft. Some people use hot water to soak the vermicelli, the practical cold water is the best, not only can soak softly, but also does not affect the taste.

Put the Chinese cabbage into the steaming dish, put the vermicelli on the top, loosen the vermicelli, sprinkle with salt, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Then chop the garlic into minced meat, put it on top of the vermicelli, add some soy sauce and sauce.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer, put it into the steaming pan after boiling, and steam for 6 minutes on high heat. After being out of the pot, put the chives and peanut oil on top, and stir well when it's warm. It's so fragrant!
Tips:
1. The vermicelli is made of rice. Most of the vermicelli in Guangdong are used for steaming vegetables, or they can be fried. Regardless of the cooking method, it must be soaked in cold water. Do not soak in hot water, which will affect the taste.
