Steamed Crab Rice in Cage

Soak the dried lotus leaves in water for one hour, rinse off and set aside

Soak shiitake mushrooms and dried sea oysters in warm water for half an hour, mince green onion, ginger and garlic, and soak glutinous rice in warm water for 3 hours.

After the hairy crab dies, immediately use a small toothbrush to clean the crab claws and crab legs, remove the crab navel and crab intestines, and lift the crab cover.

Scissors cut off the gills of the crab, and rinse the inside carefully

Boil water, put lotus leaves in the steamer, put the soaked glutinous rice on the lotus leaves, and steam for 30 minutes

At the same time, sauté the minced ginger and garlic in another pot, and fry the shrimp skin or golden hook, shiitake mushroom and dried sea oyster together until fragrant

Then spread the fried ingredients evenly on the steamed glutinous rice, and drizzle in a little June fresh soy sauce. Steam again on high heat for 10 minutes

After all the hairy crabs are cleaned, put them on the glutinous rice and steam for 10 minutes.
