Brush the hairy crabs clean with a toothbrush
2.
The washed crab drains the water
3.
Shredded green onion and ginger
4.
Mince the garlic and add vinegar to a small plate to make a glutinous juice
5.
Spread the chopped green onion and ginger evenly on the bottom of the steamer
6.
Put in the hairy crabs and steam
7.
Turn off the heat in about eight minutes and serve
Tips:
Note: 1. Hairy crabs are cold in nature. When steaming, add some ginger onions to remove fishy and cold
