Steamed Cured Fish with Tempeh
1.
Soak the cured fish in water, then wash it for later use
2.
Heat an appropriate amount of water in the pot, then add the fish pieces and cook them until half cooked, so that impurities and excessive salt in the fish pieces can be removed. After cooking, remove them and drain the water.
3.
Add oil to the pot and heat it up
4.
Put the cooked fish pieces in a pan and fry until they are browned and turn them over with chopsticks to continue frying
5.
Put the fried fish pieces on the plate
6.
Sprinkle dried red pepper segments, ginger slices, tempeh sauce on top of the fish cubes
7.
Then put it in the steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
Tips:
The fried preserved fish can be eaten directly, but it will be softer after steaming, and not too hard!
