Steamed cured fish, two lakes specialties, salty and delicious, full of hometown flavor.
In the refrigerator, there are still a few bags of preserved fish nuggets brought from my natal family during the Chinese New Year, all of which are marinated by my mother.
Every year during the New Year, my mother will prepare some extra cured fish and cured meat so that I can bring it back to my nest. My mother also deliberately chopped all these wax goods into small pieces and packed them into small bags, just to make it easy for me to carry. Thinking of my mother holding a knife to chop fish, her nose suddenly became a bit sore, I really wanted to go home. . .

Ingredients

1. Cured fish cubes thawed

Tips:

Cured fish is relatively salty, soaking in warm water can remove part of the saltiness
