Steamed Preserved Fish with Chopped Pepper

Soak the fish in clear water one night in advance, add minced ginger, garlic and chopped pepper to the fish

Pour in pepper oil and a little steamed fish sauce

Mix well, put it in a pan, put it in a steamer, and steam for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped green onion before out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Soak the fish in advance overnight, one is to remove excess salt, and the other is to make the meat more tender
2. The condiments inside can be increased or decreased as you like
