Bacon and sausages are dishes that every household would prepare this year! If you don't pickle some of them all year, I think something is wrong! It’s most common to eat steamed. I like to put some dishes underneath when steaming so that the dishes will be delicious.

Steamed Dried Bacon Sausage

1. Thousand sheets cut into silk

2. Cut the bacon into slices and spread on the dried shreds

3. Cut the sausage into shreds and spread it on the bacon

4. Sprinkle with shredded ginger and chopped green onion

5. Add a little chicken essence

6. Put it in a steamer and boil on high heat. Turn to medium and low heat and steam for 15 minutes

7. Can start

Tips:

If the bacon is too salty, soak it for a while, otherwise the dried shreds will be too salty
