Steamed Duck with Oily Tofu

                                Put tea seed oil in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the sliced old duck, add some salt and ginger slices, and stir fry.

                                Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes into a bowl

                                Pour the tea seed oil into the pot again, bring to a boil, add the oil tofu, add some salt, and stir fry for a while

                                Put the fried oily tofu into a bowl, and place the fried duck on the oily tofu noodles.

                                Turn the pressure cooker to the ribs and serve.
