Steamed Eel with Fish and Egg

Ingredients: eel.

Fish eggs (cleaned).

Ginger slices.

Unpack the eel, cut out a piece and wash it.

Put it in the dish.

Then, add the right amount of cooking wine and chicken essence.

Set aside the ginger slices.

Tips:
Eel and fish eggs are salty, no need to add salt.
