It’s time to eat eel. Today, I went to the vegetable farm and bought some eel. I came back and cooked it.

Grilled Eel with Garlic Stalks

1. Unagi cut into sections

2. Garlic sprouts are processed into sections

3. Shredded ginger

4. Sliced pork belly

5. Cut green peppers
