Stir-fried Eel

Prepare all the ingredients {Zizania, green pepper, eel, ginger, minced garlic, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and mix thoroughly for later use)
