Steamed Eel with Ginger and Sour Plum

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the eel into thin sections with scissors, but do not cut. After cutting, sprinkle with ginger, and then squeeze the sour plum on top.

Tips:
The eel is slippery, so when you cut it with scissors, you can wrap it with kitchen paper and then cut it slowly. You can also ask the fishmonger outside to cut it first.
