Steamed Egg with Clams

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the washed clams, and add 2-3 slices of ginger to help remove the fishy.

When the clams are cooked in the pot, you can start to prepare the egg mixture. Beat the eggs into a large bowl and beat them evenly. Pour in the same amount of cold white boiled as the egg mixture. The ratio is 1:1 or 1:1.5. Stir well and set aside.

Filter the egg liquid through a strainer.

Put in clams.

Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes with a toothpick to help exhaust air.

Put water in the steamer, put the egg mixture in the pot and boil on high heat. Turn to medium heat and continue to steam for 15 minutes. After simmering for 1 minute, just remove the plastic wrap!

Sprinkle some chopped green onions after the pan, drizzle with baby soy sauce and eat it!
