Steamed Egg with Clams

Ingredients: clams, eggs, etc.

Place the clams in light salt water and let them rest for 2 hours to spit out the fine sand in the body.

Boil the water, add ginger slices and clean the clams after the water is boiled, cook until the clams are all opened, then remove them quickly.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add cold boiled water according to the ratio of egg liquid to water 1:1.5, and beat evenly. Place the clams in a deep dish, and use a colander to drain the egg liquid into the dish until the egg liquid reaches 1/3 of the clams.
