When I am alone, I always like to cook noodles because it is convenient and quick. My favorite is the dried Fujian noodles, add a lot of seafood, and local meat swallows, sprinkle green garlic before cooking, that tastes not good

Seafood Boiled Noodles

1. Put the dried powder into a pot of cold water and boil

2. Shiitake mushrooms and fungus bubble hair cut into thin strips

3. Finely chop the cabbage and cut the green garlic into small pieces

4. After boiled, the flour is dried and picked up to cool

5. Stir fragrant green garlic white in the pot

6. Add the cabbage and stir fry for a while

7. Add shiitake mushrooms and black fungus, stir fry

8. Add appropriate amount of water and other ingredients except seafood to boil

9. Add seafood and continue to boil

10. Finally add the green garlic and just cook it a little

Tips:

Dried flour is not easy to cook, so cook it in advance, and the seafood must be cooked in the back, because the cooking time should not be too long to maintain the original flavor
