Stir-fried Green Clams
1.
Wash it a few times, and then soak it in clean water. Add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil in the water to make the green clams spit out dirty things. At least half an hour.
2.
Put oil in the pot and fry the chives and ginger.
3.
Pour in the green clams, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot, and simmer for a few minutes.
4.
Seeing that the green clams have long openings, lift the lid of the pot and start seasoning, just add a proper amount of salt.
5.
Plated, finished product. All fat!
Tips:
When you buy this shellfish, you must soak it. Add the right amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil to soak the sand. Green clams are shellfish with no sand.
