Steamed Eggplant

Wash two eggplants and cut into strips. Rinse the cut eggplant with water to avoid oxidation and blackening of the eggplant.

Put the water in the pot to boil, put it in the steaming rack, and spread the eggplant.

Cover the pot tightly and steam over high heat for ten minutes until cooked.

Take out the steamed eggplant serving tray.

Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of soy sauce and mix well.

Peel and chop garlic.

Put a tablespoon of oil on the pot and add minced garlic to burst the aroma.

Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir fry.

Drop a small spoonful of water and scatter it with a spatula.

Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Pour the sauce on the surface of the eggplant.
12.
Finished product. Add a few drops of sesame oil and eat.
