Steamed Eggplant Box with Oyster Sauce

Cut the eggplant into slices and soak in light salt water for about ten minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, pepper, and cooking wine to the minced pork and stir well. Finally, add minced ginger and chopped green onion and mix well.
