Steamed Eggplant with Garlic

Wash the white eggplant and remove the handle

Cut in half and put in the plate
3.
Sprinkle with minced garlic
4.
Boil the water into the pot and steam soften for about 10 minutes

After steaming, take out the water and pour it out

Sprinkle with chopped coriander and top with light soy sauce (I changed a plate because of the photo)
7.
Heat the oil until it smokes, turn off the fire, cool it slightly and pour it on the eggplant, and you’re done
