Eggplant with minced meat was used to make purple eggplants baked in the oven. Today, I used white eggplants to steam. The taste is also great, and it is not spicy or steamy, so it is suitable for the whole family.

Steamed Eggplant with Minced Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients, minced pork, mix with salt, oil, light soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and mix well and marinate for a taste

2. Sprinkle a little chicken powder on both sides of the eggplant

3. Sprinkle with minced garlic

4. Steam on the steamer for about 15 minutes
