Steamed Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic

It is advisable to buy enoki mushrooms with no discoloration on the surface~

Take a whole garlic clove, peel it, and chop it into cubes~

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, rinse them with clean water, and set aside~

Put the golden needles in a basin and steam for about 10 minutes on the pot; the steamed golden needles will leak a lot of water and need to be poured out, so that the seasoning will be more delicious~
