Steamed Fish Belly with Mei Cai

Wash the belly of the fish and drain; wash and cut the plum.

Spread ginger shreds on the dish, put the fish belly on the dish, and spread the plum vegetables on the surface.

Steam the fish in water for 4 minutes, then pour out the fish water.

Continue to steam for another 4 minutes, then pour out the fish water.
5.
Just drizzle with cooked oil.
