Dried Plum and Vegetable Omelette

Dried plums soaked softly, washed and chopped

Beat the eggs into egg liquid
3.
Put dried plums in the flour, not too much dried plums, too much and too chewy
4.
Pour in the egg mixture, add some clean water and stir vigorously
5.
Mix evenly
6.
Burn the oil and put them into the biscuits separately
7.
Fry on low heat, turn over and fry the other side
8.
Fried golden
9.
See if the dried plums are still faintly visible
Tips:
Not too much dried plums, too much chewy too much.
