Sour Plum Soup

Chopped sauerkraut

Small half bowl of broth
3.
Stir-fry Mei Cai first
4.
Pour the broth or water to a boil,
5.
If it’s not salty enough, add some salt and cook for a minute
6.
Sprinkle chicken essence
7.
Serve with chives and some chopped green onions
