Sour Plum Soup

1. Chopped sauerkraut

2. Small half bowl of broth

3. Stir-fry Mei Cai first

4. Pour the broth or water to a boil,

5. If it’s not salty enough, add some salt and cook for a minute

7. Serve with chives and some chopped green onions
