Mei Cai Meatloaf is a very classic ordinary Cantonese home-cooked dish. I remember that when I was a child, Mom had also cooked this dish. It did not require high technology, but it was very delicious. Now that I think about it, I really miss home. I finally bought a package of plum vegetables in a Chinese supermarket, and we also chopped a plum vegetables meatloaf.

Tips:

1. The meat cannot be beaten with a cooking machine, it can be minced by a meat grinder or chopped by hand;
2. It is best to choose the fat-to-lean ratio of pork to be lean seven fat three, the taste is ideal, of course, all lean is also possible;
3. There are a lot of sand and stones when the plum is dried. Soak it for a period of time and then wash it. It is necessary to open each leaf of the plum to wash it, and then it can be thoroughly washed.
4. The ratio of meat to minced plums is about 4: plums 6, so plums have a stronger flavor;
5. Pay attention to the sweat during steaming (meaning that the steam makes the water flow backwards). It is best to use a pot with a round top, or use a heated film to seal the bowl or dish surface and steam.
