Steamed Grouper

Use the microwave to thaw and remove the internal organs

Use a knife to cut the fish. If the fish is bigger, cut a few more.

Put ginger and garlic slices on each dish. This fish is too big. Had to cut into two

Then put the scallions in a pot and steam them with a little salt and cooking wine. Steam for 7, 8 minutes according to the size of the fish.

Turn off the heat, discard the water, ginger, onion, and garlic in the fish, re-add ginger, onion, olive oil, and Lee Kum Kee steamed fish with soy sauce.
Tips:
Do not steam for too long lest the fish is not delicious
