Steamed Grouper with Tempeh

Prepare the raw materials, one fresh grouper, three or four slices of ginger and spring onion, two peppers, and an appropriate amount of tempeh;

Remove the fish scales, fish gills, fish belly, liver intestines, etc., cut 2 knives on each side, clean each side, wipe salt on both sides, add sliced green onion and ginger, put a little lard on the fish and marinate for 10 minutes. Steam the fish in the pot for 8 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes;

When steaming fish, you can cut some green onion and ginger to soak in water for decoration;

The steamed fish is taken out of the pot, put on a plate, and topped with green onion and ginger;

Boil a proper amount of oil in the pot to 70% hot, pour the oil on the green onion and ginger;

Add the right amount of steamed fish soy sauce to eat, there is no suitable plate, hey...
Tips:
1: As long as the fish is fresh and fresh enough, it doesn't need to be fishy, so I only use ginger slices instead of pepper cooking wine;
2: The steaming time is not easy to be too long, so that the fish will not taste good when steamed. The steaming time is about 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the fish. Then turn off the fire and steam for 3-5 minutes. My fish is about 1-2 Weight
3: Adding lard and steaming fish will be more fragrant, not only steamed grouper, other fish can be used.
