Steamed Hairy Crabs

Fresh hairy crabs are tied up with straw rope

If you don’t want to finish eating at one time, you need to save it. Method: Wrap the crabs in a damp towel and put them in the refrigerator (I put an ice pack underneath)

Cold water pot, steam for 15 minutes after the water is boiled (the middle is the basil bag)
