Steamed Hairy Crabs

Wash the hairy crabs in clean water, and tie the two clamps and eight legs of the hairy crabs tightly with a rope

Ginger, Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar, and sugar make a dip

Put clear water in the steamer, throw a few slices of ginger into the pot, put the crab belly up when the water is boiled, and steam for 15 minutes
