Steamed Hairy Crabs

Wash the hairy crabs with clean water for later use.

Shred green onion, and slice ginger for later use.

Add water, cooking wine, shredded green onions, and sliced ginger to the steamer and bring to a boil.

Put the cage in the pot, put a plate first, and then put the hairy crabs.
5.
Cover the lid and steam on medium heat for 10-20 minutes after SAIC.
6.
Put vinegar, vermicelli, and ginger in a bowl to make a juice, and eat it with the sauce.
