1. Clean the crabs.
2. Put the washed crabs into the steamer.
3. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
4. When the time is up, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with crab vinegar after being out of the pot. The original crab is just fine.
