Steamed Halibut

1. Wash fresh flounder


2. Remove the skin, intestines, and gills of the fish

3. Add green onion and ginger

4. Add pepper

5. Add salt and knead

Tips:

The green onions will be rolled up naturally after being shredded and placed in cold water. The marinating time depends on the number and size of the fish, and the standard is to marinate the fish for a good taste.
