Steamed Halibut
1.
Ingredients: flounder (that is, partial mouth fish)
Ingredients: ginger, green onions, salt, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce (the supermarket usually has it, it is the soy sauce for fish)
2.
Remove the scales and internal organs of the fish (you can let the fish seller handle it, which will save a lot of worry)
3.
Wash, cut into long strips, and put them on a plate~
Is there anything very neat?
Forgive me for being an obsessive-compulsive disorder~~~
4.
Sliced ginger and green onion, put it between the meat~
5.
Pour one spoonful to one and a half spoonfuls of cooking wine
ps: If you have conditions, you can use mirin (Japanese-style sweet rice wine) instead of ~ rice wine specially used for cooking fish, the taste is very fragrant
6.
Finally, sprinkle a pinch of salt on the surface, drizzle two spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, and add some sugar to those who like sweetness.
7.
Put it on the steamer, or use the rice cooker to add water to the pot and put it on the basket, it’s the same~
8.
After the water boils, steam for 15 minutes. If you like to eat green onions, you can also chop some green onions and sprinkle on top~
9.
If you like to eat thicker meat, you can steam it for a while and adjust it according to the firepower of your steamer.
10.
Uncle’s tip: It’s recommended to eat immediately after steaming. The taste is best. Finally, before serving, use two spoons of sesame oil or sesame oil, boil in a pot, boil the hot oil and pour the hot oil on the green onions to stimulate the whole aroma~
Tips:
Just look at it carefully, it will definitely be possible!
ps, the fish must be fresh before it can be steamed! Otherwise it won't taste good
