Steamed Halibut with Shiitake Mushrooms
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Thaw the flounder and carefully clean the cross-sectional part of the fish bone, as there will be a bit of fish blood in this part.
3.
Absorb the cleaned fish, then add cooking wine, green onions, ginger, pepper, and a little salt to marinate for a while. Be careful not to put too much salt, because steamed fish soy sauce is used when steaming.
4.
After the shiitake mushrooms are cut, you can clean the marinated fish and use kitchen paper or a clean towel to absorb the water.

6.
Put the fish on the plate, then place the sliced shiitake mushrooms on top of the fish, and then drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce. One tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce is enough, because it has a certain degree of saltiness, don't put too much. Then put red pepper on the fish section for garnish. I use red peppers, which are not spicy. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy millet.

After the water in the pot boils, put it in the steamer and steam it on high heat for about 8 minutes. The cooked fish segments can be distinguished well, and the texture of the fish meat can be clearly seen. The steamed fish will ooze part of the water. Before it is out of the pot, we will use a soup spoon to pick up the soup from the plate and pour it evenly on top of the fish. This will make the mushrooms and fish more delicious.
9.
Sprinkle some scallions on top to garnish. Enjoy it!
