Steamed Halibut with Tempeh

Ingredients: flounder, tempeh, ginger, chives, coriander, oil, light soy sauce.

Thaw the flounder at room temperature, wash it, put tempeh, ginger (washed and shredded ginger), oil, light soy sauce, green onion, and coriander root, and marinate for 5 minutes.
