Steamed Kaji Fish

Remove the scales, gills, and belly of the Jiaji fish, wash it, cut twice on both sides of the fish body, and salt it for 10 minutes to taste.

Add some cooking wine and sprinkle with shredded ginger.

Steam over water for 10 minutes and turn off the heat. Boring for 2 minutes.

Pour out the steamed water in the fish dish and pour the steamed fish soy sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Just add hot oil.
