Braised Kaji Fish

The Jiaji fish is processed, and both sides of the fish are salted and marinated for more than ten minutes.

Chop green onion, shred ginger

Heat a pan with cold oil and fry until the fish body turns yellow.

Fry the other side.

Pour the scallion and ginger into the bottom oil of the pot.

Pour in the light soy sauce.

Tips:
After the fish is fried on both sides, it is at least six to seven times cooked, so you don’t need too much water when you cook it.
