Steamed Lo Noodles

Wash the beans and cut them

Soybean sprouts, remove the roots, wash and control water

Pour oil into the pot, toss garlic and green onion to cook a fragrance, fry the meat, and throw in the beans

When the beans are half-ripe, pour in the bean sprouts and put in the seasoning (I always like to use only salt, oil, and soy sauce). The soy sauce changes the color of the vegetables. Pour in boiling water, the amount of water depends on the amount of noodles, and then stir fry. Turn to low fire

Make the noodles and steam them before cooking, and it will take 20 minutes.

After the vegetables are fried, put the steamed noodles in the wok for two to three times and mix well.

Put the mixed noodles in a bowl again and steam for another 20 minutes
Tips:
The amount of water used depends on the amount of noodles. In case there is too much water, you can mix it well, and then pour the remaining noodles when steaming again.
The noodles are best to choose thin and thin noodles. It is very delicious. After mixing the noodles and steaming again, the taste is stronger and softer, and it is delicious.
