Ingredients

Steamed Lo Noodles

1. Add flour and water, mix thoroughly and set aside. Use a noodle machine to make thin noodles. Steam for 30 minutes. Put a small amount of lard out of the pan and stir for later use. Marinate the pork belly in oyster sauce for a taste. Put it in the pan and fry until it is cooked. Then add the cowpea and bean sprouts. Stir-fry together, about 80% cooked, add steamed noodles and stir together, then steam for three to five minutes, and it will be out of the pot!
