Steamed Mud

Clean the muddy fish and let the water dry.

Slice half of the ginger, shred half, and shred the chives.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, put the simmered fish on the plate, and steam it on high heat for about 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat (don't open the lid) and simmer for two minutes. Pour out the steamed fish juice on the plate, pick out the ginger slices, and then add the ginger and green onions.
5.
Pour in boiling oil and pour in steamed fish soy sauce.
