Tangerine Mashed Casserole Porridge

Wash a spoon and a half of rice, put it in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and a piece of ginger, and turn to a low heat.

Clean the muddy fish, cut two knives on the back of the fish, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, ginger strips, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare the minced meat for use

Soak the dried tangerine peel, shred and set aside

Simmer the porridge for 15 minutes and add minced meat

Then add the marinated mud fish, cook within 10 minutes, add salt, chicken essence and a small amount of soy sauce

After turning off the heat, add coriander and start the pot

Tips:
Try not to roll the porridge after the fish is out of the pot, so as to prevent the mud from falling apart and affecting the taste of the porridge
