Mustard Green Fish Soup

Clean the mud and cut the fish in half, shred the lean meat, and slice the ginger.

Wash the mustard and cut into large sections.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil and pour the muddy fish and the ginger sliced lean meat into the pot.

Cover the pot and cook, then turn to a low heat to a boil.

Boil the fish until it is cooked through.

Then add the washed mustard greens.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Cover the pot and cook, then boil on high heat to low heat for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle a layer of salt on the fish that was taken out.

Drizzle a little light soy sauce.

When the mustard greens are fully cooked, add some salt to taste and turn off the heat.
Tips:
This fish is easy to cook, so you should remove it and put the mustard greens after it is cooked, otherwise the fish will be sprinkled after cooking for too long.
Scooped fish is easier to melt when throwing fish while it is hot.
