Steamed Mussels with Garlic Vermicelli

The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water and then washed to control the water. After the mussels are washed, they are squeezed in lemon juice and marinated for ten minutes. Prepare the chopped green onion, minced garlic and chopped pepper
