In summer, I love to make steamed vegetables, especially seafood steamed vegetables. After steaming, you can taste delicious without too much time. My family has always liked mussels. This time I joined the fans and used garlic to add flavor to everyone. The garlic aroma has a hint of spiciness and it is delicious. This time I used Fulinmen's various nutrient non-GMO edible blending oils to make the taste more aromatic.

Steamed Mussels with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Prepare the blended oil for Fulinmen Nutritionists

2. Prepare mussels and fans

3. The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water and then washed to control the water. After the mussels are washed, they are squeezed in lemon juice and marinated for ten minutes. Prepare the chopped green onion, minced garlic and chopped pepper

4. Pour the Fulinmen edible blending oil into the hot pot

5. Add minced garlic in warm oil to explode the fragrance

6. Then add the chopped pepper and stir fry until it is fragrant and turn off the heat

7. Add the vermicelli and then add the fresh soy sauce and mix well

8. Put the extra vermicelli into the bottom of the plate, then fill the mussels, add the mixed vermicelli on top of each mussel

9. Cover and steam in a pot on the water for eight minutes

10. When time is up, open the lid and add the chopped green onion to serve

Tips:

1. The taste is different from each company, and the seasoning is adjusted according to their own taste.
2. Use a low heat when pouring the minced garlic to avoid burnt.
