Steamed Octopus

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Hairtail removes internal organs and a black film on the surface.

3. Add cooking wine and marinate for a while.

4. Cut the green onion, ginger, and millet pepper.

5. Sprinkle plenty of green onions and ginger.

6. Steam on the pot for 8 minutes.

7. Pour the hot oil in the pot into the steamed fish.

8. Pour in the soy sauce.

9. Garnish with red pepper shreds.

Tips:

1. When marinating the fish, flip it in the middle to better remove the fishy.
2. The steaming time should not be too long to prevent the fish from getting old.
