Steamed Octopus

Prepare the material, wash the hairtail and cut into sections;

Pour appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, pepper, green onion, ginger slices into the octopus, mix well, marinate for 30 minutes;

Remove the peppercorns from the octopus when marinating, add dried peppers, and steam for 10-15 minutes;

Pour oil in the pot and stir-fry the peppercorns to create a fragrance;
5.
Take out the steamed octopus, add fresh ginger and green onions, and drizzle the freshly fried pepper oil;
6.
Finally, top with steamed fish soy sauce.
Tips:
1. Hairtail must be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the taste and will have a serious fishy smell.
2. The scales of hairtail have high nutritional value, so you can decide whether to remove the scales according to your own taste.
3. The time of steaming fish must be controlled by yourself. If the time is too long, the fish will get old when eaten.
4. If you don't like the pepper flavor, you can omit step 4 and just drizzle it with steamed fish soy sauce.
