Normal steamed octopus is often eaten. Today my husband bought octopus again. I put a few slices of bacon and steamed together. The taste is really not casual, it is really great! "

Steamed Octopus with Bacon

1. Clean the hairtail, marinate with some salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes, wash and slice the bacon.

2. Rinse the hairtail with clean water, place it on a large plate, and sprinkle with minced garlic and ginger.

3. Put some sugar, salt, cooking wine, pepper, and bacon.

4. Pour some steamed fish soy sauce.

5. Add appropriate amount of refined oil, and put 2 tablespoons of Lao Gan Ma Douban Hot Sauce.

6. Sprinkle with shallots.

7. Steam over water for about 15 minutes.

8. Bored for 3 minutes, take it out.

9. Pick up the cooked green onion, and then put the fresh green onion.

Tips:

1. Because of the bacon, the steaming time for fish is slightly longer than normal steaming time.

2. If there is no steamed fish soy sauce, you can use fresh soy sauce instead of dark soy sauce.
