Steamed Octopus with Chopped Pepper

Tips:
1. There is no need to add salt when marinating, because chopped pepper sauce contains very high salt;
2. The chopped chili sauce that you bought is thicker. It is better to cut the chopped chili sauce into finer pieces before use, so that it tastes better;
3. The time to steam the octopus depends on the size of the octopus.
